Rude, Unintellegent Staff
I contacted Kreps on a moving violation ticket I received. Don’t waste your time with this staff. Karen was very pushy and insisted she was right. ONLY HER WAY OR THE HIGHWAY. After trying to explain she may uninformed she wasn’t having it. Thanks but no thanks Kreps I'll take my money elsewhere with...
At Kreps Law Firm, LLC, we love our clients and our clients love us. That could not be any more evident following an examination of our AVVO profile. We even love this person that posted what some people consider to be a “negative” review :-). We consider it to be extremely positive and explain why in detail below. This person never hired us to help them and called our office very angry and wanted to tell us how things were going to be handled and is basing this review on a phone call that may have lasted a few minutes at most. Fortunately and unfortunately, we have no control over who AVVO allows to post about us. That is a great thing because all of our 95+ 5 star positive reviews are truthful and accurate posted by actual clients. AVVO has a process whereby the poster of the review has to have a unique email address and IP address in order to allow the review to appear. Oh how I wish we could make everyone happy! We talk to many wonderful people each and every day in our defense practice. We consider it a unique privilege to represent someone as their attorney to call them a client. While it may "hurt" that the AVVO policy allows whoever to say and post whatever, in the end it is always a positive for us! We deal with all different types of people and personalities. Some people are very happy and their lives are going well, and some people are very angry because of life circumstances that we may be unaware of and have no control over and of course, there can be everything in between. We love dealing with all types of people that we have the opportunity to get know in our practice. We have handled 6,000+ charges throughout Alabama over more than the last decade. As professionals, we have the knowledge and experience to determine proper practical and legal maneuvers in cases - that is why people hire us. Our clients have a lot of decisions to make during a case and we respect that but when someone calls us on the front end and is very angry and tries to tell us how we are going to handle their case and what we are going to do, that person is not a good fit for our office. That is clearly what happened in this case. We are positive people. We love life and we love what we do on a daily basis to the point that we spend most of the hours in a day helping the great people we get to call our clients. Most issues such as this are handled in a mature and professional way internally long before they would ever make it here. The last thing we want is a client or a potential client to be unsatisfied. If you read through all of our reviews here and give us the opportunity to speak to you and to help you, you will find that our actual clients are very, very satisfied with our services both from customer service standpoint and a case results standpoint. I have to hire professionals as well. Just as my accountant or my dentist or my sinus surgeon would never allow me tell them how to do their job (nor would I want that), we cannot allow a potential or actual client to get angry and tell us how their case is going to go. That would be unprofessional and just plain wrong. In the end, we consider this to be a positive review. It clearly indicates that we are professionals and that we are in the best position to determine how a case is handled and the proper process. The posting of this “review” has given me the opportunity to explain more about us and also, has been a growing opportunity for my team and a reminder to be more kind and gentle while still being professional and understanding our role as professionals in the legal matters we handle. Call us today to begin the conversation! See for yourself why the 95+ positive reviews prove that we have the knowledge, experience, and the track record and are the best choice to assist with your legal issues in Alabama. Joseph C.
