Helped me Out

I mainly worked with a female in the form. She explained everything according to Alabama's law. It's was a little more than I wanted to spend but my case was dismissed. If the price can come down for traffic violations it'll be great. They keep you inform and know what's going on. They are understand...ing and their to help. I receive replies swiftly through my case. They have a really good system in my opinion which they communicate first through email. If you don't get back in a timely manner to their request they will call you. Remember they are working for you so ensure you get them the items they need.

Awesome service

I had a reckless driving charge, doing 120mph in a 70 and my attorney was able to get the charge reduced to a speeding ticket 75mph in a 70.

He got me off!

I was an out of state driver going through a small, speed trap of a town with rapid speed limit changes, and got pulled over for doing 13 over. Though this was more than I was hoping to pay. They said they could get it removed from my record and all I would have to do is pay court costs and take an o...nline class, they did what they said they could do.

Great Outcome, I am pleased

I can say that I never had a lawyer before but, the experience in itself was very traumatising at first. I got stopped on my way to my job for speeding by state troopers only to find out that my license was suspended for a ticket from 2011. So I received a ticket for driving while suspended. Paid the... old ticket off and arrived late for the new ticket and was received an FTA (failure to appear) for the new one, the clerk office was very prejudice and unjust. They offset my court date a month later which meant I would have a suspended liscense till then. The final straw was when I received a second driving while suspended in a county I happen to be driving through not knowing the speed limit was 35 and found out I had a warrant. I contact Kreps and at first it was I thought it was slow process but, I just wasn't familiar with what had to be done. After coming in the office and speaking with their attourney's I was reassured the week of court, Kreps attourney's had spoken to the DA on my behalf, worked out a deal which I had to show my paperwork and license...CASE DISMISSED! I was astonished how painless it was but, more than happy with the end result. I appreciate their help and the work they did for me.

Speeding in a work zone ticket

I hired this firm to get me out of a work zone speeding ticket, It was handled quickly and quietly just like they said it would be, no points, just a small fine, nothing on my CDL I was very satisfied and would use them again if I got a ticket in that area
