Helpful relief

Kreps is amazingly organized. They provide direction by using email and text. They are prompt and efficient. They do what they say they will, when they say they will. This is a trait that's hard to find. You are really hiring a team of support staff. I never had or needed contact with the actua...l attorney. Only drawback is the mounds of written information you must pour through. Some directions are repetitive. The steps are simple but reading all the directions can be overwhelming. They did get a deal for me to pay their fee, court costs, and the fee for a class. Then my speeding ticket will be a dropped charge. I might have gotten the same outcome if I had gone to court, but I know courts frown on not using the system. Having their help gave me peace of mind. Frankly, I think attending the defensive driving class is good for all of us every couple years.

VERY EASY TO GET QUESTIONS ANSWERED!

I chose this law firm based on reviews and no longer living in the state of my traffic offense. Mr. Kreps was very quick to reach out and go over the logistics of my case. They provided me with a plan to get the ticket resolved without me having to appear in court and followed up to ensure I did my p...art once driving school had been mandated. My only complaint is that it cost me more to hire an attorney, pay for driving school and pay dismissal fees as well as court costs, than it would have been for them to appear and enter a guilty plea on my behalf. I did authorize the attorney assigned to my case to take the fastest route but did not anticipate the additional charges and actions necessary after court. It is very easy to reach a person in their office but the attorneys tend to be busy and limited on time due to case workloads. I would use this firm again but am happy I know the right questions to ask in order to avoid surprise fees and charges.

Reckless Driving

I received a ticket in Alabama for reckless driving. I reached out and hired Kreps law firm after searching the web for help. I noticed the good reviews and reached out. After consulting they immediately jumped on the case and got it dismissed. This is the right firm to hire with any traffic issue.

Communication Great

Kreps did a great job at communicating with me on what I needed. The points were taken away with a four hour live class and I had to pay court cost. I’m satisfied but wish it didn’t cost so much just to plead no contest.
