Excellent representation by Joseph C Kreps

I was traveling thru Alabama and received a speeding ticket around 6am on a weekend in a small town where the speed limit went from 55 down to 35 with absolutely no warning in the dark around a curve. I hit the brakes immediately but there was a police officer waiting right there. It was certainly so...me kind of speed trap. Since I lived out of state, I did not have a reasonable way to fight this ticket. I contacted multiple firms to represent me and ended up choosing Kreps. I dealt with them entirely over the phone, never needing to travel to Alabama which is about 600 miles from my home. They handled my entire case without me ever having to be present. Since I have never had any prior problems in Alabama, I was allowed to simply pay a fine and take an online driver safety class. This prevented me from receiving any points on my license in Alabama or my home state. I was very pleased with the service, the professionalism of the staff, their knowledge of the law and the outcome of my case. I confidently recommend this firm based on all phases of the experience I had during my case.

Kreps gave me back my peace of mind

I'm a 58-year-old married lady. In May of 2010, I received a call from my sister that my mother passed away. My husband and I made plans to fly to North Carolina for her funeral departing that Saturday morning from Dallas-Fort Worth Airport. Severe thunderstorms in the Dallas area caused cancellati...on of all of the flights into North Carolina and so in order to make it to the service, we knew we'd need to drive through the night on Friday and into Saturday. We took turns driving and during one of my turns, I was issued a speeding ticket. I found out to my horror that Alabama counts this as a criminal offense and because of that, I would now have a criminal record. After the funeral, I returned to my home in Texas, so nervous I couldn’t think straight. I was facing a bleak summer full of dread, admidst grieving my mother's loss, worrying about my August 25 court date, having our insurance rates go way up, and being known as a criminal for the rest of my life. My husband found Kreps Law Firm LLC for me online. From the moment he got off the phone from that first contact, we both felt a great deal of hope. I resolved to do exactly as I was advised by the representatives of Kreps Law Firm, and my determination was well rewarded. Any time I had a question, I emailed them and always received clear-cut, specific answers. Throughout the process, I always felt like I had a loyal friend looking out for my rights. My feeling of comfort and assurance turned into absolute thrill when I received the news that my ticket would be dismissed – a full two months prior to my dreaded court date! I remember the pure peace of mind that washed over me and has stayed with me. I’ll always be so grateful for Kreps Law Firm LLC.

Excellent Representation

I had a great experience with the Kreps Law Firm. If there is such a thing as a "full service" attorney, the Kreps Law Firm is it. They listened to my case and fully understood the details from the beginning. We corresponded by email and phone because I'm from another state and they made it as conven...ient as possible for me to do all of the paperwork by email and mail. I was contacted by 2-3 members of their staff and I felt like I had a team of legal professionals working on my behalf. That's all really good but it's results that count right? With their expertise and my good driving record, they were able to get my charges dropped with no impact to my driving record. I would recommend them anytime.

Out-of-State Student traveling in the area

I am a student at the University of Alabama, living in the state of Georgia. On my first visit home, after enrolling at UA, I was traveling along I-20, accelerating to pass some 18 wheelers, and got caught in a speed zone, where the speed limit had dropped from 77 to 55. My family and I contacted K...repps Law Firm to help us deal with the driving laws between the two states. They were able to help me settle out of court so that I would not miss any class time, keep my license, and find a safe driving course that was convenient with my class schedule. If a question arose that the legal assistant could not immediately answer, they found the response and got back with me in a responsible amount of time. They were attentive, reassuring, and handled my case quickly and easily. They followed up with me after the settlement, showing they were not only concerned about my legal and driving issues, but about my maturity and decision making going forward. This process would not have gone as smoothly or ended with such a desirable result without Kreps Law Firm

Successful traffic case settlement

As an out-of-state resident 800 miles from the court room, I needed to make my first choice a good choice. I made a good choice. I hired Kreps. I never had to appear. I felt well informed. I understood and supported the firm's strategy. The fees quoted were the fees I paid. They even sucessful...ly convinced the Court to allow me to complete a Defensive Driving class in my home state. My experience with Kreps was 100% positive. Case Dismissed.
