“Top marks for Attorney Kreps!”

I was driving from Alabama to Georgia after attending a family funeral and found myself receiving a speeding ticket 88mph in a 55mph. As there where many cars around me and overtaken by another car at a faster speed than me, I was dubious that it was my ticket. Kreps defended me and I got a dismiss...al and no points on my license which was worrying me. Thanks Kreps for your efficient and friendly service. Your #1 in my book... Thank You.

A very Happy client !

I hold a commercial license and make my living with it. I received a speeding ticket for 74 in a 55 work zone. This zone was not marked and looked like a normal interstate. I was surprised when the local PD car came after me. After trying to tell him I did not realize I was speeding he issued me a t...icket. This is a serious problem for a commercial driver. I got on the internet and contacted Kreps law firm. I was able to do everything I needed to do via the internet and overnight mail. They did everything I could possibly ask for and got the case dismissed. I would recommend them to anyone who finds themselves in this situation.

Super Speeder Dismissed!

Excellent service! Got my super speeder ticket dismissed with a reduced fine and online traffic school. Reasonably priced, easy access for questions via email and office calls, succinct and organized with paperwork. Don't pay the fine before calling Kreps!

Reckless Driving and Speeding Tickets With Unbelievably Amazing Results!!!!!!!!!

I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND... NO!! I AM HIGHLY RECOMMENDING JOSEPH KREPS AND THE WONDERFUL GROUP OF PEOPLE THAT HE HAS BEHIND THE SCENES AT KREPS LAWFIRM, LLC!!!!!!!! I received a reckless driving ticket and a speeding ticket after my car malfunctioned. Joseph Kreps drove almost 300 miles and ove...r 5 hours to represent me in court. He kept me informed every step of the way. He asked me for my input and feelings regarding each and every decision to be made. He made sure that I knew all my options and that I was making a decison that made me happy and that I would not regret in the future. He listened to all of my concerns and suggestions. In the end, because of his suggestions, instructions, and the undivided attention that he gave me, I got the outcome that I wanted!!!!! I had done everything that he had instructed me to do (i.e. fill out ALL the paperwork that he sent me) and everything that he suggested that I do (i.e. at least 20 hours of community service, and an 8 hour defensive driving course all before my court date). His instructions, I believe, made all of the difference in the world!!! The reckless driving ticket was dismissed and after 12 months, with no other tickets, the speeding ticket will be also. I couldn't have asked for a better outcome!!!!!!!! Mr. Kreps did not stop until he was sure that I was going to be satisfied with the results and that I would not later regret any decision that I was making!!!!!!!!! Thank you, Mr. Kreps, to you and all the great people in your office!!!!!!! I will forever be grateful for all the attention, care, and respect that I was shown, AND the amazing end results that we achieved!!!!!!!!!!!! If I ever need an attorney for a traffic ticket again, there is no questions as to who I will choose!!!!!!!!! Hands down!!!!!!!!!

Reliable and thoroughly professional service

I was charged with speeding 26 MPH over the posted limit while driving through Alabama. After consulting a few lawyers to fight the charges, I hired Kreps Law Firm, and I am very glad I did! Their extremely knowledgeable and thoroughly professional staff kept me informed about all the paperwork that ...they would require from me. Once I sent them all the documents they needed, they kept me informed about the progress of my case. I had a clean, prior driving record, which proved very helpful in the end. My charges were waived after payment of court fees and having taken a defensive driving class proactively. So I was able to maintain a clean driving history. Thanks a lot, Kreps Law Firm!
