You want these people on your side!!!!

I had no idea someone had filed charges against me. I received my arrest warrant in the mail and didn't see it till 9:30 at night. I was very upset and scared. I started to look for attorneys on line that night. Kreps Law firm popped up. Wow, someone was online to chat immediately. They answere...d all my questions and calmed me down. First thing next morning I received a call from the intake person. I was terrified to have to turn myself in but Mr. Kreps arranged to have me immediately released after I arrived to the police station. I was only there about 20 minutes. Shortly after that I was assigned to Caroline Pruitt. She was wonderful. It took 10 months to settle my case and ultimately we went to trial. Caroline was with me every step of the way under the close oversight of Mr. Kreps. She was always available to answer any questions or even to just reassure me that things were moving along and that everything would work out even though the system moves slowly. The trial date finally came and into the courtroom walked Joseph Kreps. It was obvious that the court staff knew who he was. He was AMAZING during the trial. He was fierce in my defense. I actually felt sorry for my accuser. Every minute of the ten months and every penny it cost me was so worth it when I was able to hear the judge say "I find the defendant not guilty, no crime has been committed here." Joseph Kreps cares about your situation. He wants to win. He defends you like you are his mother. He is now in the process of having the entire thing expunged from my record. If I ever find myself unfortunate enough to need legal assistance again I will not hesitate to hire this man. Be smart, win with Kreps.

Speeding In AL

Being from Florida, I did not want to have to deal with courts dates and driving back to AL (8 hours one way). Good thing I solicited the services of Kreps Law. I was able to do all communications on-line very effectively and efficiently. My ticket was dismissed after many delays by THE COURT (close ...to 9 months later)! Kreps was vigilant and determined to do their best. I am very pleased. Additionally, the folks at the firm were always prompt, courteous, and clear on the requirements. Thanks, Kreps

highly professional and thorough

Absentminded 90 in a 70 in a low traffic, clear stretch of road. Did research, found out about the potential adverse consequences, decided to hire representation. Kreps Law Firm was professional, prompt, and informative throughout the process and achieved a favorable outcome for my case where I pai...d court costs and took a 4 hour driving course. Highly recommended.

Amazing and would recommend to everyone

I found myself with a speeding ticket for 84 mph on a 70 mph interstate. With speeding being a criminal charge in the state of Alabama I had no choice but to find a way to get this off my record for the field in which I work. I contacted Joseph Kreps and I am so glad that I did. After a few conversat...ions with Kreps, I was able to pay court costs and attend driving school and have the ticket removed from my record. I can not say enough good things about Joseph Kreps and the law firm! They were all very helpful and if I ever find myself in a similar situation again I will be calling Kreps!

they took the weight off my shoulders

Got tagged going 105 in 70. Reckless driving charges require a court appearance. I was really worried about having to appear in court from out of state. Found krepps online. They got my charge dismissed, although i did have to pay court costs and take a defensive driving class. It might have turne...d out the same way if i had appeared before the judge myself without legal representation.But i doubt it. This is going to keep my insurance rates from going up, which will pay back my legal fee many times over. Plus, at least a half day of my time going to court was eliminated. I did not get to speak to mr. Krepps himself, but his assistants dealt with my case efficiently by phone calls and e-mails. They were reassuring and answered all my questions. I very much felt the legal fee was fair: and it was clear up front. Thanks Krepps and company!
