Reckless Driving Reduced

Mr. Kreps and his team were exceptional. My case was rather uncertain, but Mr. Kreps never wavered. My reckless driving was reduced to a much lower offense saving both my driving history, me from potential jail time, and a great deal of money. I am more than satisfied with his work. I would highly ...recommend them to anyone with a traffic related case in Alabama.

Pre-professional applicant/DWS

When I was charged with my DWS I panicked and attempted to gather all the necessary information myself. Researching all of my options by myself and tending to all of the paperwork involved was extremely time consuming. I was referred to Mr. Kreps. For a reasonable fee, he handled all of my paper work..., laid out my options and we went to work. If you want a professional who will make your first priority his own, hire Kreps. He's extremely approachable and understands the needs of his clients. Finally and most importantly, all charges were dismissed. I am a criminal record free man.

Great Work

I received a reckless driving charge on my motorcycle. I was just going to pay the ticket but after some research I found that the penalties were more than I was willing to risk so I decided to get an attorney. While looking for what the charges could amount to I came across a video of Joseph going o...ver what you should know about reckless driving. Since I received most the info during my search from his video I decided to give him a call. He had the case postponed first of all which was important because I had an important trip. On the day of court he was on time and I could see that he had a good rapport with the DA which I imagine helps. Long story short I ended up with traffic school and the charges dismissed.

Outstanding Attorney!

I hired Mr. Kreps to represent me for a speeding ticket in Alabama. Because I am from Arizona, it would have been prohibitive for me to represent myself. Mr. Kreps was able to reduce my charge to a "Non-moving violation", thereby protecting my driving record. Fast, affordable and efficient.

client in last month for speeding ticket

i hired kreps to represent me in a speeding ticket and they led me through step by step a process in which they were successful in getting my case dismissed. i could not be more pleased with the representation i received from joe kreps.
