Best Decision to call Mr. Kreps!

I was charged with speeding and immediately contacted Kreps Law Firm. After speaking to Mr. Kreps, I knew I was in good hands. The documents and case items they sent me were very, very easy to handle - I COULD SIGN THEM ON MY SMART PHONE!!! In the end, I did not have to appear in Court and my char...ged was DISMISSED - no driving school, no court costs, etc. Mr. Kreps worked it out so that I did not have to do anything but I have definitely reduced my speed - first ticket in a long time and will be my last but if I need help in the future, Kreps Law Firm will be the firm for me. I highly recommend Joseph Kreps and his law firm - they really care about your case, are very responsive when you need something and they get the best results!

Excellent Results

I recently hired Kreps Law Firm, LLC to assist my son with a suspended driver's license case. My son informed me just before the suspension was to become effective that he had gotten three speeding tickets over an 18 month period, two of which were serious "more than 25 MPH over limit" infractions, a...nd had received notification that his license was being suspended for 60 days. With no other way for him to get to work, I was put in the position of having to drive 30+ miles each morning and afternoon to take him back and forth myself. The attorney was successful over a period of about 10 days in 1) getting the last speeding ticket reduced to a lesser offense, thereby reducing the "points" on his license below the suspension threshold, and 2) getting a hearing scheduled with the state - which we ended up not even having to attend - where his suspension was withdrawn. Great communication and updates from them throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend Mr. Kreps and his firm for any similar issues. Very satisfied client!

Speeding Ticket Got DISMISSED

I received a speeding ticket in the state of Alabama. I'm so glad I called JC Kreps, they were able to represent me in court (I didn't have to take time from work to appear in court). My ticket got dismissed and all I had to do was attend a driving defensive course (better than having points on my li...cense). I pray to not receive anymore traffic citations but if I do, they'll be the first people I call. Money was worth it! Thanks JC Kreps!!!

If you need a lawyer hire Kreps!!

I drive from Orlando FL to Alabama 700 mile get away from the hurricane in 11:59 PM I stop to get fuel in Peel City AL fuel the car and go out from the gas station and wait in the traffic light wait a car before me, I wait and wait and wait around 10 minutes and the traffic light don’t change then ...the car before me go and I cross after her in red light, I just go out to the highway and the police stop me “ YOU PASS A RED LIGHT” I answer the traffic light don’t work. He answers no is work then I ask way you didn’t stop the car before me? Of course, NO ANSWER only give me your driver license and of course I get a ticket. Then I look for a lawyer in Alabama and hire Kreps firm the BEST THING THAT I MAKE they take the case very professional all the time when they need communicate and the resolute was "not guilty" Conclusion: If you need a lawyer hire Kreps!!
