The Best Traffic Ticket Defense Lawyer in Alabama!

I am a student and was charged with speeding on the interstate in the rain. I contacted Kreps immediately and let them know my frustrations with the ticket. Kreps immediately took over and let me know what to do. Within 24 hours, they had my ticket handled, and everything was setup to be dismissed.... If you have a ticket in Alabama, I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Speeding ticket

I had a wonderful experience with attorney Kreps. I received a speeding ticket and he was able to get the charges dismissed with only court costs and traffic school assigned. I am very pleased with the results and would recommend attorney Kreps for your legal matters.

Joseph Kreps is the Lawyer's Lawyer

When lawyers in Alabama have traffic tickets or other issues, we know to call Joseph Kreps. I am a lawyer and practice law in Alabama as well. I received a traffic ticket and knew I wasn't guilty but did not want to spend the time or the hassle with going and sitting through multiple court appearan...ces and then having a trial. Professional, courteous, and on point

I am from another state and though I've lived in Alabama for a few years, I didn't realize that speeding in this state is treated like a criminal offense. My last speeding offense was about 10 years ago; it isn't something I make a habit of. Unfortunately, I ended up with a speeding ticket on an inte...rstate. I was just going to pay the ticket but, like another reviewer here, I did some research into the penalties involved and that's when I discovered that Alabama treats speeding as a criminal offense. So I went online to find an attorney to help me and found the Kreps law firm, which had a lot of great reviews in just this area of law. So I contacted them, and I did everything advised, including taking a defensive driving course. My assigned attorney was absolutely great. Always professional, got back to me in a timely fashion, and kept me apprised of my situation throughout. And I got a GREAT result. I highly recommend Kreps.

Multiple traffic citations in different parts of Alabama

I had 4 traffic citations pending in Birmingham Municipal Court that were over 20 years old. I had tried on my own to resolve them along with 2 citations in Covington County, Alabama. I contacted the Kreps Firm in late September of 2015. The Birmingham cases were resolved by early December 2015 with ...3 complete dismissals and 1 reduced charge. The Covington County cases did not go as well as the Brimingham cases but I did not expect them to. I was extremely please with the representation from the firm and the personal relationship and friendship developed with the staff attorney assigned to me. Extremely professional and results oriented. My attorney was always available when I had the least concern or question. Win with Kreps is not just a slogan. It IS their mission.
