A very grateful client who had a Jumping the red light ticket dismissed

I was driving when the traffic light suddenly changed to yellow just as I was about to cross, since stopping will place me in the middle of the road, I drove on. A cop who happened to be at the traffic light junction followed me to pull me over. I politely and respectfully explained him why I drove... on, but he nevertheless gave me a ticket. I felt it was so unjustified and I contacted attorney Krep's office who called me back to hear my story and then successfully defended me resulting in ticket dismissal. This is a very efficient and excellent firm that I highly recommend.

Traffic Client

Don't spend your money any where else, top notch job and customer service to go with it. Kept me up to date on my case and responded with an answer the same day no later than first thing the next day on any questions I had (they like to communicate by email but will do the same by phone if you pre...fer that). They were able to get a 72 in a 55 speeding in a construction zone with workers present ticket dismissed (at a more than reasonable fee) with court cost and online driving school. I was an out of state traveler and did not have to return to Alabama (8 hours away) to handle any of it, Kreps was able to take care of everything through email and telephone. Like I said I would not spend my money any where else and would recommend them without a second thought.

Kreps Law Firm Client

I was recently charged with my second reckless driving ticket in less than two years, both of which occurred in the same court jurisdiction. The first one was dismissed after some community service and fines, etc, but I thought for sure I wouldn't get a deal on the second one. Wrong. Not only Crystal... from Kreps get me a deal, it was a better deal than I got from the first ticket! These guys are the best in the business. If you need representation for a serious traffic offense, look no further. You have found your guys.

100% satisfied with the results

I was ticketed for Speeding in a construction zone w/ workers present (81 in a 55), Follow too close, and Blue light law. I have never had any speeding tickets or traffic violations before. I also felt I was in the right for the situation. I found Kreps from this very site and took the chance. Boy, w...as it worth it. I didn't have to attend my court appearance and all 3 tickets got dismissed as long as I take and pass a live defensive driving class on a Saturday. I recommend Kreps to anyone that gets traffic or speeding tickets!

Great service, fast & efective

I am from out of town, so when I heard all the consequences of a traffic ticket in Alabama I almost fainted, I started looking for an attorney asap, after reading reviews I decided to call for Kreps's firm, from the first call Mr. Kreps and his team acted very fast, as soon as I paid the attorney fee... and mailed my driving record, they were able, first to deferred the court date, and within a week I received the awesome news the judge had dismissed my case, Hallelujah!!! at the end I had to pay $200 attorney + $170 court cost, and I have to take a live defensive driving school! I am really grateful to Mr. Kreps and his team for resolving my case so quickly and with no consequences to my record. I will definitely recommend Joseph Kreps firm. Thank you
