Best Traffic Lawyer in the State of Alabama - Entire Operation is Top Notch from Beginning to End.

While home for the summer from college, I was pulled over for running a stop sign. The potential fine, points, increase in my insurance and lecture from my parents were no fun at all. Thanks to Kreps Law Firm, however, I have been able to put this whole situation behind me. Kreps had the ticket dis...missed, so no more fine, no more points, and no ruined summer. Very pleased with representation

I was extremely pleased with the entire Kreps law process. I was unfortunately caught speeding in an unfamiliar area in a rental car. I didn't know that I was in a construction zone and the speed limit had changed. Therefore, I was 25 mph over in a construction zone. Kreps was able to reduce the ...amount paid and was able to eliminate it from my record with a simple driving class.

Beat 4 Bad Charges

I was charged with 4 offenses across two traffic stops in a central Alabama municipality(probably best that I don't name the city). 1) Driving while suspended 2) 81mph in a 45 zone 3) Reasonable/Prudent Speed 4) Failing to move over for an emergency vehicle. The first 3 charges were legit. ...The 4th was not something I could control and I did slow down when unable to move over. Long story short, Kreps had an attorney go to court for me and they were able to get every one of these charges dismissed with nothing more than me taking a $50 driving school proactively before the court date and taking another 4 hour driving course in the municipality where the citation was issued. I paid court costs and attorney fees. I thought at best they'd get one or two of the charges reduced but they were all dismissed to my amazement. And my driving history is full of tickets over the last several years. I didn't have to appear in court at all or take any time of of work. The law office was extremely helpful and communicated extreme well through email, phone, and text. In fact, the morning of the court date a lawyer from Kreps' office was texting me keeping me updated on progress and sent me a text immediately after she knew the outcome. Very good service all around. I got way more than I expected from their law office throughout the whole process. I will definitely use again in the future if I have anymore issues with tickets. In a word: Fantastic

Great Experience With This Outstanding Attorney

I was cited for violating the Alabama Move Over Law. This was an unpleasant surprise since I was not aware that I even violated any traffic law. After doing some research on this law, I found out that any traffic citation is considered a criminal offense in Alabama, so I knew that I needed to hire a ...traffic ticket attorney to assist me with my case. I searched on the Internet and found the Kreps Law Firm. I watched a few of the videos posted there by Joe Kreps and knew then and there that he was the attorney that I needed to hire. My initial phone call with him confirmed that he was the right person to assist me - I hired him during the call (I did not need time to think about it!). He came up with an action plan for me to follow, i.e. things that I should do pro-actively, prior to my court date. These included attending driving school (the day-long 8-hour version), providing evidence of ongoing community service, and providing other information that he thought would be helpful for my case. I did all of these things. When he appeared in court for me (note that I did not even need to appear in court!), he was able to work the judge and get the charge dismissed with no other conditions. I did have to pay for court costs, but my fine was apparently reduced. Mr. Kreps was able to charge my credit card from the courthouse and then write a check to the county clerk, which saved me a later trip to the courthouse. My case was handled in a very professional manner from start to finish. The firm stayed in contact with me each step of the way and answered my questions promptly. Of course, I am very pleased with the result. I highly recommend Mr. Kreps and his law firm to anyone who needs assistance with resolving a traffic citation. This recommendation is made without any reservations.

Very professional, very helpful

Our son got caught in an Alabama speed trap. We started to pay the ticket then found out that there are a few traffic and automobile offenses that are specifically defined as felony offenses. My wife contacted Kreps law firm in Alabama. They walked her through the paperwork required and send email...s to coach us through the difficulties of Alabama speeding tickets. We wound up with a low level fine and no record for our son. We hate the laws in Alabama are what they are, but we were grateful for Kreps law firm.
