When a family member encountered a problem with their mortgage lender, I searched the internet for some advice applicable to the situation. I found the Watts & Herring website, and the many exceptionally informative articles and videos that Mr. Watts has developed. He has, obviously, put a tremen...dous amount of time and effort towards educating us about the perils and pitfalls one may encounter in dealing with some lenders, as well as rights and remedies available to us. The gut feeling I developed was that "this is a guy who really does wants to help others". No kidding - this is not a paid political advertisement - that was exactly my feeling. My feeling was reinforced after calling his office and discussing the situation troubling me with Carolyn. She was warm and welcoming, provided me with helpful information, and then brought the matter to Mr. Watts’ attention in case further action was necessary. Would you like to know what John Watts' firm didn’t do? They did not tell me “sure, you need to retain us, sign this contract with us right away”. In fact, they didn’t charge me a dime for the help provided. If I should need to go further with this situation, there is no doubt in my mind whatsoever to whom I would turn - John Watts. A legal battle would not be fun, but I’d sleep a lot better knowing Mr Watts was leading us through it.

I found Mr. John Watts on YouTube. I was laid off from my job of 15 years and it took several months for me to find a new job. The new job came with a very substantial pay cut so I am no longer able to pay my mortgage. Mr. Watts made 4 DVDs available to me, for free, regarding all the options availab...le to me and how I should approach and work with my mortgage company. He also talked with me over the phone concerning this, for free!! I feel much more confident now and know I can call on him if I need to during this process. He is a very caring and kind person with extensive knowledge! I would recommend him to anyone!!

I was being sued for a credit card debt that should have been covered by a sick and accident insurance, which the credit card company denied. Mr Watts is not only a great attorney, he is a great, down to earth , kind hearted man! He went above and beyond what is required to show these collectors they... are wrong. I never even had to meet him in the office. But I do plan to one day soon to shake his hand and let him know how much I appreciate his help. During the time he was taking care of these things for me, my daughter was having health problems and seizures, I mentioned to him that it would be hard for me to leave her to go fight this. Most attorneys don't seem to have that type contact and thoughtfulness to you when you are dealing with them. All this makes everything so much easier on a person knowing that the person you are depending on to help you at a hard time in your life, has that much thoughtfulness and care about your whole family. And yes knows what he is doing and takes care of the business ! I highly recommend Mr Watts ! But not only Mr Watts, but his complete staff goes out of their way to help you and make you feel like they are part of your family. Some things I wasn't so great on downloading on my email, so they helped with it and sent links that my smartphone would open for me!
