  • John Vincent Swiney II

I endorse this lawyer. David is an exceptional attorney and not only does he work hard for his clients, he obtains great results for them as well. I have mediated cases for David and he has always been reasonable, prepared, and an advocate for his clients. I have also retained David to mediate cases for me. In the roll of a mediator, David uses his knowledge of workers' compensation law to develop resolutions to cases that cannot resolve on their own. David is an asset to the workers' compensation bar.
