Hired this law firm for my social security of course I didn't win my case. They never answer the phone, or return the phone calls. They claim that they had not received all my documents from the hospital, but I can go to the hospital and get them myself. So, anything they claim they didn't have I went to go get myself so that it can be timely. Social Security office sent me a letter to see if I was going to have any repensentation I said I do have repensentation they told me it is not on file. So, I had to get in contact with them so that they could submit the paperwork for repensentation. Received a letter from social security letting me know when my hearing was so I contacted the lawyer office to see if they had received the same letter I got. They had the nerve to tell me that they need to reschedule my hearing after waiting over a year to get this date only because they wasn't prepared for the case. I told them no because there was no excuse for them not be ready. I never had the chance to talk with the lawyer until the night before the hearing that is when he want to ask 50 million questions about me and the case. The day of the hearing is when I met the lawyer. Do not hire this law firm if you want to win.

I hired Disparti to represent my ssdi claim in 2012. I never met the attorney who would represent me until the morning of my ALJ hearing. My calls were never answered and rarely returned. My medical records were never updated, i just felt this firm could care less about my case. Anyway i lost my case and and a few weeks later received a letter from Disparti informing me he did not feel there was sufficient grounds to file a successful appeal, so i was sent packing. Thank God i found a competent attorney who is working very hard on my case, we have personally met, my phone calls are answered, my records are updated frequently, he even had my Dr fill out an RFC form. I'm happy he is representing me. But i would avoid Disparti law group if you wan't someone who cares.

I hired Disparti to handle my SSDI claim and they totally dropped the ball. Filed an important appeal late! Isn't this why we hire law firms to begin with? So after screwing this up and jeopardizing my case, they eventually dropped me as a client with no explanation and wouldn't return my phone calls about the late filling of the appeal. My new attorneys are so much better! They actually requested my current doctor's files and are so much more available. I wish I had known before I hired Disparti.
