Great support staff that really makes the firm's reputation. My primary interface has been Sommer, and she has been a fantastic asset for information and help. Many of my questions have been answered by her, and when I needed help she was the one that followed through. My biggest concern was communic...ation on process and progress. While Sommer kept me generally informed, the legal staff was not as good at current events in my case. Initially I was told that there would be weekly communication with my lawyers, but only heard from them directly about 4-5 times in the period of time I have been involved with the firm. However, the legal staff is very professional, and knowledgeable on the process and procedure. I feel comfortable in their representation of my case, and believe they will do all possible to ensure a favorable outcome.

Stacey Kemp and her staff are excellent at what they do. They were quick kind respectful. I have had to deal with lawyers on several occasions and this staff of Stacey Kemp was on top of everything everyday. I had experiences with other lawyers when you would wait days just for a answer to a ques...tion. If Stacys staff say I will call you back in ten minutes or the next day you can count on it.
