Chuck is the best PI attorney in town! If you value personal attention, service & honesty he is your man. He sets proper expectations when evaluating your case and keeps you updated along the way. I am extremely grateful I was referred to Charles Philip’s to help manage my insurance claims after I was a victim in a car accident. I was rear ended by a large rental van that then pushed my truck into the car in front of me causing extensive damage to both the rear and front of my truck, which was... just over a year old with less than 20k miles. After my insurance agent told me to file a claim with the insurance company of the man who rear ended me, I was told that my frame needed replaced thus my new truck would be totaled and I would be given an amount no where near the value of my truck. So, I then tried to file a claim through my own insurance and was told I couldn’t use my own coverage since I had already filed a claim with the other company. I was stuck in a position where I was about to lose my truck and be given about $15k less than its value. I consulted with Charles a few days before I was about to sign the documents to total my truck and this was the best choice I ever made. He talked me through every step of the process and helped me understand how both insurance companies were basically screwing me. I gave Charles’ firm permission to speak on my behalf and shortly afterward I was told that my truck would be fixed and remain under warranty. I could not be happier with how Charles and his team took care of everything and walked me through what was going on, they also were very friendly and contacted me with weekly updates and follow-ups to make sure everything was to my satisfaction.
