Never returns call, never responds to emails, not aggressive all all, does not apply logic to situations and will call you asking for more money after you have exceeded your retainer with no notice. He tried this with me but thankfully I had an email from him stating that I had not yet exceeded hours and he would let me know when I did. I spoke to him maybe twice over a 3 month period and never received updates unless I asked multiple times. Now that I have lost my retainer, after Mr. Morris doing minimal work, I have no choice but to represent myself for the remaining duration of my case.

Doesn't return phone calls, regardless of urgency. Doesn't show up for appointments. "Office staff" is constantly turned over. One excuse after another. Hire him 14 months ago. To this point his work product consists of simply filing the dissolution forms. Hiring this man has been one of the worst mistakes of my life.

I hired Brian through my legal plan in October of 2015 to represent me in a civil litigation matter. My legal plan covers ALL costs except filing fees which Brian wanted up front prior to taking on the case. He charged me $450 up front for the filing fees and then basically vanished into thin air. I was never contacted by him or his office regarding my case after that. Over the next 8 months I had to repeatedly call their office to try to get an update on the progress of the case and I was only able to speak with a paralegal. This office seems to be in complete disarray with a high rate of turn over (no surprise there). Over the course of the 8 months I had 3-4 scheduled calls setup with Brian and he failed to show up for every single one of them. These were times that I had to rearrange my schedule to make room for and it all for nothing as he never showed or had the courtesy to contact me stating that he would not be able to make the meeting. When I called I was constantly told by the office when I called that my case was “being worked on" but absolutely nothing ever materialized and it doesn't appear that anything other than cashing my check was ever done. Finally, after the 8 months had passed it became clear that Brian was going to do nothing more than waste my time so I emailed him and fired him. I went from meeting with Brian and him agreeing to represent me against a contractor that did poor work at my home to having to deal with and try to track down Brian just as I had originally done with the very contractor I was requesting assistance with. Currently, Brian refuses to refund my $450 and I'm in the process of filing formal complaints with the NY and FLA state bar associations, getting a new attorney to pursue my contractor dispute AND pursue getting my money from him. In addition, I'm working with my legal plan to have him removed from their plan as a service provider. If you're looking for legal representation I would strongly urge and recommend you to look for another attorney. The unprofessionalism displayed by Brian has been astonishing.

Unfair to take retainer fee and not complete case. This attorney was hired to assist myself as a client and has failed to uphold what he claims he could do. Furthermore he advertises that he puts clients and their cases first in which this is not what actually takes place. His office staff is unprofessional and seems to change frequently. There has been four different office staff members in the last four months that have made multiple promises of personal attention to move case along and have failed to do so resulting in frequent staff turnover. Upon hiring Mr. Morris, he stated the case would be over in three to six months. This is untrue because now over a year and the case is unsettled. Mr. Morris does not follow through with each case personally, as he states that he does. He does not return phone calls and when you are face to face with him, he tells you things you want to hear to get you out of his office. This office is very unprofessional, the attorney does not perform what he claims to do, and I would not recommend his services to anyone.

I hired Brian for my divorce case,he and his former paralegal(he has had three in 6 months) promised me he could easily handle my case. WRONG.....She was billing me for activities she didn't do(some I provided info for) and when she was working someone else's case...I disputed first bill and she wouldn't speak to me after that...Today 8 months later I am no better off,got a call from the third paralegal and it came with an email for an OUTRAGEOUS amount after I had paid him almost $6k, Brian is a terrible communicator and bombed at the last hearing(then he calls it a victory)...I have given him considerable time and opportunity to make things correct in my case, but he is too busy chasing :new money", then with today's accounting I see double billings from his first paralegal(fired end of April) and where the other party should have paid....He is absolutely terrible,so much that I am bringing him up for charges with Florida Bar Association Today. I have factual evidence documenting his activities.

I've been using Mr. Morris to handle my legal matters for several years. He handled my divorce, and my subsequent foreclosure and bankruptcy cases. His fees were very reasonable compared to other attorneys. He handled my cases personally and resolved them quickly to my satisfaction. He always had my best interests in mind. He and his staff answered my questions quickly and they were very courteous. I will continue to use him in the future and would highly recommend him for all your legal needs! Thanks, Brian!

I used this attorney to handle my divorce case. The case was filed quickly and I was very happy with the results. I got quotes from many different lawyers and he was very reasonable. Would highly recommend!

We used this attorney via our Hyatt legal plan for a juvenille case. Seemed to never call us, we would receive court documents and wait hear from the office but they wouldn't call. When our court appointment came the only call I received was at 8:55 am. Court was scheduled for 9 am, that was a WOW moment for us. A pretrial intervention was presented to that morning. Not once leading up to our court date did Mr. Morris feel the need ti keep us informed. Were his services worth $380 an hour? No way! Very dissappointed.
