Wish I would have found her years ago!
This was my 2nd attorney through my process, unfortunately. Miss Whitman made everything so much easier and really took her time making sure I understood everything that was going to happen. I was amazed at how efficiently and hassle-free she obtained my records. It was the most pain-free client/attorney relationship I have ever had! As for Miss Whitman herself, she was personable, empathetic and kind. Her knowledge of the field is high and she employs it with tact and grace. I would recommend her to anyone in the same situation time and again!

Workers Compensation Case
Betty Whitman and her Assistant Ana were Amazing! They never left you in the dark and was in constant contact every step of the way. Calls and Emails were returned super fast! I was really Nervous never dealing with Lawyers but they mad everything Simple! Best decision I could have made was calling them! I would highly recommend her as a lawyer for anyone.

Invaluable assistance navigating WC
Betty and Ana have been amazing through this whole process, and it’s been a long one. Ana was always prompt in responding or getting us in touch with Betty. Any time I needed an appointment with my doctor they got it handled very quickly. Betty let me know what to expect during the deposition with the WC case manager. And her advice during the settlement process was invaluable. I truly appreciate the work she did for me.

After jumping through all the hoops for W/C, and then unable to get any communication and or straight answers I retained Betty Whitman. I should have done it long before I did. Betty and her paralegal Ana were on top of everything and always easy to contact. They both were obviously experienced and professional They have helped me and took so much of the burden off of me. I couldn't be happier with hard work Ms Witman put into my case. I had lost all hope of getting a court date ,after Betty took over my case thing started to fall into place , I got my court date and Betty did a wonderful job in court, I was approved for my disability. I hired Betty, because of her expert knowledge and I knew she was the one person that could help me. I was getting nowhere communicating with the insurance company by myself. After the initial consultation, I conversed with Anna, most of the time. She exceeded above and beyond, anything I asked of her. Anna also suggested ways to relieve my stress/problems.
