Morris is an excellent attorney he got me out of a serious case that I had back in 2006 and so I will recommend him to anyone who can afford him and wants to get out of there charges with best results

Bob Morris is an exceptional lawyer who has spent 20+ years building relationships in the Hernando County courthouse with judges, bailiffs, clerks and other court personnel. He is a true experienced professinal that shows up on time, prepared, and is articulate in his presentation of the case. He has handled matters for me personally and for others that I have referred to him over the years. I recommend him to anyone seeking legal assistance, particularly in Hernando and the surrounding counties.

As a person who had never been involved in the criminal justice system before he was honest, straight forward and didn't lie to me just to get my business. He worked hard for me and got my charges reduced to something i could live with and got me out of the system ASAP.

When I started seeing Mr. Morris, all my expectations were met and then some. He made me feel like I wasn't just another paycheck and that he personally cared about the outcome of my case. He helped me achieve the best possible results, pretty much getting my case thrown out all together and I got the most for the least money as the fee was lower than any other lawyer in the area by atleast half. So needles to say I was pleased and if for any reason I need a lawyer in the future, and I'm still around here, I would choose Robert Morris again. No doubt.

Mr. Morris impressed me from the star. He gave me an honest opinion and did exactly what he said he would do. Both he and his office were nice to deal with I just wish he had an office in Spring Hill but it was no big deal to drive to Brooksville since that is where the Court House is. Just Met Seems To Be Very Smart And Know His Stuff Time Will Tell

I was a trembling kid in a county jail when I met Bob Morris. I was in a lot of hot water for a twenty-two year old, and I had never been in trouble before. Bob would visit me every couple of weeks to give me a status update on my case, most of which was never great, but he was always pleasent, and it got me out of cell group for a while. Bob, in my opinion, appeared to think my case was going to be a bit easier than it turned out being. However, when he discovered that the SA had lied to the judge at my arraignment, and took my case as a personal mission, he kicked into a different gear. He depositioned the main witness to my case with the SA present, and despite most of the facts in my case being negated by the deposition the SA would not drop the charges and Bob became angry with the SA. We went all the way to the trial date, and Bob got me a plea deal. He gave me the opportunity to go forward, knowing that I had a chance to be convicted or to be exonerrated. The SA knew the case had fallen apart and offered me a plea to the third degree felony and a misdemeanor, with adjudication withheld and with no probation as long as I gave up a state license. I did end up serving some probation because I had to pay fines. I don't think Bob or I realized how greatly this would affect my life, it had been difficult to get work for the first year after, but I work now. I regret the decision that I made, I might have risked it, but Bob explained to me all the likely outcomes, and left it up to me. It has been a while since this happened, three years now, and I still think about it everyday, it's still with me. Bob had me to his office a few times after I got out, and was always nice and chatted with me for a few hours, he was always cordial and pleasent. I think that when it comes to choosing and attorney you need to look at a lot of factors, and in the end you need to make a decision that you feel comfortable with. Bob is a good attorney and certainly merits consideration, he has spent time as a SA and knows the Brooksville scene pretty well. He will allow you to make decisions and will definitely fight for you; the end of my trial was a welcome experience, and I made my decision out of wanting to be free and not left in a jail any longer, if I could go back and do it differently I might, but it's a risky move in any trial. I know that everyone wants an attorney to promise that everything will go away, but that isn't always the outcome.

I was a client. Information was not clear so I overpaid them without a refund. The associate is not the same standard as him. Hired him, was told I got her instead. But the whole firm being the assistants, they danced around the topic when I asked why I was told I had to pay the fee to take the case all the way to court instead of just mediation.
