Another State of Mind

Having something happen to a parent while you are thousands of miles away is hard , but having to manage healthcare and family care laws in another state can magnify the crisis. Matt walked our family step by step through the medicare and medicaid programs . He was prompt in returning phone calls and thorough with his explanations on Florida family care law. Originally from Wisconsin, I was raised in Venice, Florida since I was 9 years old and am a product of the Pine View School and Venice High School. I went to Stetson University for my undergraduate degree and the University of Kentucky College of Law for my law degree.

Medicaid approval

Matt took the info and organized it to submit to Medicaid. He got the approval in 4 weeks and 3 days! I could not have done it with out his guidance. I interviewed 4 lawyers...he was the one who was the most competent and fair and trustworthy.

Great Advice

Fantastic

Matt was referred to us by a friend when a family member in Florida passed away. Being 1200 miles away and the estate needing to be probated we were kind of at a loss but after speaking with Matt we felt totally comfortable with him handling this matter. Estate Planning with Confidence

My wife and I recently moved to Florida and recognized the need for updating estate plans. Matt was just the person we needed. Fine lawyer and a great guy!

I retained Matt to help me with an Estate Planning situation for my sister who was quite ill. The situation really needed his immediate attention. I was pleasantly surprised when he knew exactly how to handle it and did it in record time. He certainly impressed me with his knowledge and expertise regarding Estate Planning as well as other matters. He's cheerful, friendly and liistens carefully to what you say. Miracle worker

We hired Matt to coordinate a set of real estate transactions that required recording of deeds before transfer of funds, a seemingly impossible occurrence. He was able to work with two other attorneys who had their own sets of needs and a large bank which had yet another complex set of requirements to finally work out a resolution to what others had said was impossible. Matt did it partly because of his extensive experience and also his very pleasant and non-threatening disposition but ultimately because of his sharp mind. We were very pleased with every aspect of our interaction with Matt.

We had put off formalizing our estate plan for several years. After meeting with Matt Rheingans a few months ago, we decided to get the process going. Matt was diligent and attentive, asking detailed questions about our assets, our goals, and our plans for our heirs. He formalized a plan and clearly laid out the steps in the process (what he was going to do, what we needed to do). He walked us through all of the paperwork with care and attention. Positive Experience

Hired Matt from a referral from my realtor. Right from our first meeting when I met Matt, he was very friendly, easy to talk with and very knowledgable about the area I hired him for assistance. He kept me well informed of all proceedings, documents and reviewed all the information submitted and attended the closing and again reviewed all information to make sure there were no "last-minute" glitches. I felt very comfortable and at-ease during the entire process. This was defnitely a very positive decision and relationship.
