Bernie took my case all the way to mediation, he had a great opening argument as to how I was going to have to choose a different career. During the mediation the experience enlightened me on how important it is to retain an attorney at a time of hardship, and no direction as to what my options were.... Little to say, the settlement he got me helped me go back to school, open a business, and got me into the law field work, which was something that me being bilingual would benefit my career and also provide me with the knowledge needed to help others like myself.

Mr. Walsh has worked wonders for me. I had another attorney and I had only spoke with my former attorney over the phone or by mail. I got referred to Bernie Walsh by one of my co-workers. Since I have retained Mr. Walsh as my attorney I have had one surgery on my lower back where I hada herniated ...disc from a motor vehicle accident I was in early this year. Now I am going in for three more surgeries, and let me tell you I felt like new after the first surgery. I am so thankful that Mr. Walsh is my attorney and I would recommend him to anyone who has been in a serious or even just a motor vehicle accident.

Bernard turned our case over too a less skilled person. Then we were lied too about what we were signing. As well we were not told I could change lawyers. I am injured for life and received very little compensation. Then we wrote a letter too the board and His response was full of lies. Had h...e been honest we would not be suing him for malpractice. Be careful do not use this guy
