I had David Haenel to represent my DUI case. My video was horrible and I was denied PTD which I really wanted so I could have my record expunged. They sent all of the paperwork via email and I didn't even have to go to the office to sign them. I used my phone. My temporary drivers permit was in my h...and in two days. For those of you who are unaware of this unforgiving traffic violation, it revokes your drivers license for 5 years after you have been caught driving with a suspended license 3 times in a span of 5 years. Sounds miserable, I know. However, I ...knew the repercussions of this traffic violation could be detrimental to my future, so I immediately sought the legal advice of a knowledgeable practitioner. When I began researching this issue I was unaware of my options, but not necessarily ready to accept the terms of my 5 year drivers license revocation.
