I called Mr. Aiken for a second opinion to a case I had pending a few months ago. Mr. Aiken was very courteous over the phone and professional. I've heard good things about him and wanted to leave a good review for his time he took with me.

Mr. Aiken was the best attorney for my situation and he always responded to my emails. He made it like I was his only client and even though I was a pain in the butt he got the job done and always responded to me. I would recommend this attorney if you need help with any criminal matter, he got the case dropped and saved my relationship with my children.

We were dealing with a serious legal situation that had a potentially bleak outcome for my son. Mr. Aiken stood out among the group of attorneys we'd spoken to. He was (is) knowledgeable, factual, direct and caring at the same time! His wonderful assistant, Cathy, was (is) also very helpful and supportive. I appreciated both Cathy's and Mr. Aiken's respect and sensitivity to the closeness of our family and our faith. Mr. Aiken took extra time to include me in communications, and when it was quiet (the legal system definitely takes time), I would find he was working behind the scenes in my son's best interest, often going above and beyond (such as meeting key people in person instead of just phone/email). His wisdom, hard work and smart delivery is a reason my son will be spending his future at home with his family, and we are so very thankful. He is an excellent and competent attorney as well as a genuine and quality person. Truly, if you want an attorney with expertise who is knowledgeable, smart in how aggressively he fights for you, and sincerely cares about the outcome, you will find Mr. Aiken is your best choice.

Relationship: Worked together on matter
I have had the opportunity to co-counsel many serious felonies, including sex offenses, with Mr. Aiken. In addition to seeing him litigate cases against the office while I was a prosecutor. He is the definition of a professional in all respects. His near 40 years of criminal law experience (including his time as a US Attorney and Special Agent with the IRS), his sharp wit, and flawless jury presence has earned many favorable verdicts. I have personally witnessed Mr. Aiken's skill, his tireless preparation, and unquestionable devotion to his clients and their individual cause result in great offers, fantastic results, and near impossible "not guilty" verdicts. He truly "lives and dies" with each case, and he is not a "clients are paychecks" attorney. Hiring Mr. Aiken means you will receive the best representation in the business--no matter what the charge.
