Over the course of 2 months, I had put a $50,000 deposit down on a custom home, wasted sssooo much time with Real Estate Agents (they are a dime a dozen), could not get my builder to communicate with me, and did not understand Everything in my Real Estate Home Purchase Contract!
So, I hired Sheryl Edwards and within just One (1) week she took control of the Whole Situation. She brought Us (Builder and I) together, had builder re-write the standard contract to fit my needs and to provide me with "Peace of Mind", negotiated a lower sales price for me, and thoroughly explained the contract in detail to Me! I could Not Be Happier! Thank You Sheryl

Sherry Edwards was instrumental in causing our unfortunate financial problems regarding our primary residence to be mitigated in a successful manner with our bank. This was no small undertaking and she brought all the parties to the table and found a very satisfactory resolution.

Sherry and Mike Edwards are an excellent team. During an 18 month process which included four offers falling through and a lender filing for foreclosure, they provided me with a sense of confidence that the process would be successful, and that they were committed to a positive outcome. In the end they completed the short sale and avoided a foreclosure. I would highly recommend the Edwards Law Firm.

Sherry helped us write an offer to purchase a condo and then served as our closing agent. (This was a private sale, with no realtor involved.) We accomplished this transaction, remotely, without leaving Wisconsin. Although we never met Sherry, in person, this was not a negative. She made the process understandable, straightforward, easy, via email and brief phone conversations. Questions were answered quickly and professionally. The seller even commented, after the closing, that Sherry and her staff were courteous and respectful to him, throughout the process. Overall, we are extremely satisfied; very positive experience!

My wife and I engaged the Edwards law firm to handle a tenant eviction from a property that I purchased on an online auction from the bank. We were trying to deal with a tenant by ourselves, that was refusing to leave. It took 10 days total, from the time I first contacted Sheryl, until the Sheriff evicted the tenant.

I have hired Sheryl to do a transaction for me. While I have worked with many people during many years while running my business I have never worked with anyone so incompetent as Sheryl. While she does appear to be very knowledgeable in the law matter she is not going to be looking out for you. If you are looking for someone to prepare the paperwork she is a good, if you need somebody who will be by your side and will keep your best interest in mind please look elsewhere. I had a very negative experience with this lawyer.

We let Sheryl Edwards take charge of our foreclosure case and we are very glad we did. She was very detail-oriented and really took time to learn about our personal situation and finances to tailor her approach to best suit our needs. Sheryl found several items in the papers we were served with that needed to be corrected and also required the lender to prove they had the right to foreclose. They went back and forth quite a bit. In the meantime we were able to obtain a deed-in-lieu with a deficiency waiver and finally put everything behind us. We found Sheryl to be extremely knowledgeable and easy to work with and we highly recommend you hire her to represent you. She made this whole process a lot less stressful!
