Michael T. Murphy is a 2001 graduate of the Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad Law Center. While at Nova Southeastern, he was a member of the Phi Alpha Delta law fraternity.
Mr. Murphy is also a graduate of Florida State University with a Bachelor of Science Degree from the College of Criminology.
In 2001, Mr. Murphy began his legal career as an Assistant State Attorney for the 12th Judicial Circuit in Sarasota, Florida, prosecuting criminal cases and gaining valuable trial experience.
For the past fifteen years, Mr. Murphy has pracitied as a trial attorney, specializing in the litigation of all areas of personal injury law, exclusively representing injured victims and their families. He is an Eagle member of the Florida Justice Association, on the Manasota Trial Lawyers Board, a member of the Manatee Inn of Court as well as a member of the Manatee and Sarasota County Bar Associations. Michael Murphy is also admitted to practice law in the Federal District Court for the Middle District of Florida in Tampa.
