My client was charged with DUI with property damage. The State attorney tried everything possible to convict my client. They flew down the head chief of the Florida Department of Law Enforcements alcohol testing program to testify about the breath alochol result. The jury came back not guilty.

The Defendant was involved in an accident that was investigated by the Polk County Sheriffs Office. Following the Polk County deputy's investigation, the defendant was charged with reckless driving with serious bodily injury pursuant to Florida statute 316.192. After several negotiation sessions with the state attorney in Polk County, Florida the state declined to file charges on the case.
