Ms. Fradley received a BA in Psychology at University of South Florida and a JD from Stetson University College of Law. After 8 years as an Assistant State Attorney she opened The Law Office of Tricia Fradley, in 2006, which offers: Family Law Mediation, Collaborative Family Law, 'Kitchen Table" divorce and document preparation in the St. Petersburg, Bradenton and Sarasota area. She is a Florida Supreme Court Certified Family Law Mediator and has undergone special training for Collaborative divorces. Her knowledge of the legal and psychological issues of divorce provides a compassionate perspective and keen vision for issues allow her to help clients reach an agreement that fits their family's unique needs and will serve as a guide for their future. a very satisified client
My ex and I had most of our issues worked through, but needed an attorney to help us mediate thru the issues we had not resolved. Ms Fradley, was professional, neither of us felt like she took sides, she was extremely fair and impartial in a very emotional time. When the discussion would get off track, she would redirect us back to the issues at hand. I/We were extremely happy with her services and that was the first thing we agreed upon in years. (LOL) All kidding aside, I would highly recommend Ms Fradley.

Excellent Attorney
The divorce and mediation process was handled in a professional manner yet with compassion and care. Ms. Fradley kept me informed and remained available for consultations. Mediation was an innovative means to resolve difficult family issues. Divorce utilizing mediation abated alot of tension and accomplished a satisfactory agreement. I highly recommend Tricia Fradley.
