Exceptional Advocacy, Judgment and Compassion

I cannot recommend Colleen highly enough. As a licensed attorney myself (though not a criminal defense attorney), I came into this situation with a clear understanding of legal process and risk, and Colleen exceeded my expectations at every turn. My teenage son was facing serious charges based on ...screenshots of a private Snapchat group chat that were taken entirely out of context months after the fact. The situation was emotionally overwhelming and frightening for our family, particularly given the gravity of the allegations and the disconnect between the conduct and the criminal characterization being applied to it. Over the course of many months, Colleen was strategic and steadfast. She demonstrated a deep command of the law, sound judgment and an impressive ability to navigate the nuances of cases involving juveniles, technology, and intent. She never minimized the inappropriateness of the comments at issue, but she also refused to allow overreach or mischaracterization to go unchallenged. Her advocacy was thoughtful, measured, and highly effective. Equally important, Colleen guided us through the process with clarity and calm, explaining each step, managing expectations honestly, and remaining consistently responsive. In a situation where emotions understandably run high, her steady presence made an enormous difference. Thanks to her diligence and skill, the charges were ultimately dismissed. I am deeply grateful not only for the outcome, but for the integrity, professionalism, and care with which Colleen handled our case from start to finish. Brilliant, dedicated, and trustworthy!

I hired Colleen at a time when stress was high and I was struggling to navigate how to respond to an unfair charge filed against me. Amazing Lawyer
