Exceptional Advocacy, Judgment and Compassion

I cannot recommend Colleen highly enough. As a licensed attorney myself (though not a criminal defense attorney), I came into this situation with a clear understanding of legal process and risk, and Colleen exceeded my expectations at every turn. My teenage son was facing serious charges based on ...screenshots of a private Snapchat group chat that were taken entirely out of context months after the fact. The situation was emotionally overwhelming and frightening for our family, particularly given the gravity of the allegations and the disconnect between the conduct and the criminal characterization being applied to it. Over the course of many months, Colleen was strategic and steadfast. She demonstrated a deep command of the law, sound judgment and an impressive ability to navigate the nuances of cases involving juveniles, technology, and intent. She never minimized the inappropriateness of the comments at issue, but she also refused to allow overreach or mischaracterization to go unchallenged. Her advocacy was thoughtful, measured, and highly effective. Equally important, Colleen guided us through the process with clarity and calm, explaining each step, managing expectations honestly, and remaining consistently responsive. In a situation where emotions understandably run high, her steady presence made an enormous difference. Thanks to her diligence and skill, the charges were ultimately dismissed. I am deeply grateful not only for the outcome, but for the integrity, professionalism, and care with which Colleen handled our case from start to finish. My son

I highly recommend Colleen Glenn!! She is extremely professional, and down to earth ..easy to talk to, and she is a good listener. Colleen worked diligently to help my son. I called her weekly for updates, and I always had questions about my son’s case, she was always available for me and put me a...t ease. This is the Attorney you want on your side ….she is smart and passionate , and she will fight for you . Because she believes in justice system and what is fair. She was the best in 2022 and she should have no problem making it in 2023 she did a fantastic job for me exactly what she said she was going to do, I would hire anytime , hopefully I don't have to #1in my book

Brilliant, dedicated, and trustworthy!

I hired Colleen at a time when stress was high and I was struggling to navigate how to respond to an unfair charge filed against me. I noticed immediately that she was really listening and asking astute questions. Unlike other lawyers I had consulted, she was asking me to provide specific evidence th...at I had which she later used to defend me. She’s candid and direct in her communication. It was clear that she is well respected in the courtroom. I am beyond grateful for her representation and support. Colleen went above and beyond to research the relevant laws which she presented in a powerful motion to dismiss. She was able to get the charge dismissed which was the best possible outcome. Best Attorney Ever!

Can’t say enough about Colleen ,her entire staff and Colleagues! My son had felony charges and she fought very hard and won. I am from out of town and picked her off the internet and know my prayers were answered . The staff was so patient with me and always got back with me and Colleen answered my e... mails within the hour if not minutes. Theirs a lot of worry when you have no control over what’s going and with Colleen I never had to worry about her dropping the ball! She was out of town and Her Colleague Jennifer stepped in and even went to visit him in jail ( gave him a good heart to heart too) she was very encouraging to him and gave him a lot to look forward to. Thank you to the entire staff at Colleen Glenn’s office
