Exceptional Advocacy, Judgment and Compassion

I cannot recommend Colleen highly enough. As a licensed attorney myself (though not a criminal defense attorney), I came into this situation with a clear understanding of legal process and risk, and Colleen exceeded my expectations at every turn. My teenage son was facing serious charges based on ...screenshots of a private Snapchat group chat that were taken entirely out of context months after the fact. The situation was emotionally overwhelming and frightening for our family, particularly given the gravity of the allegations and the disconnect between the conduct and the criminal characterization being applied to it. Over the course of many months, Colleen was strategic and steadfast. She demonstrated a deep command of the law, sound judgment and an impressive ability to navigate the nuances of cases involving juveniles, technology, and intent. She never minimized the inappropriateness of the comments at issue, but she also refused to allow overreach or mischaracterization to go unchallenged. Her advocacy was thoughtful, measured, and highly effective. Equally important, Colleen guided us through the process with clarity and calm, explaining each step, managing expectations honestly, and remaining consistently responsive. Highly recommend.

The best !

Attorney Colleen Glenn and her staff are top notch! Wish there was a 5+ star rating option! Her staff made me feel as if I was the only client she had! Once I engaged her as my attorney (actually before I signed her agreement), her staff answered every question and communicated perfectly. They we...re timely and very efficient! As I met with Attorney Glenn, we mapped out a plan! She was direct, knowledgeable and had clear direction. She communicated with the court, the judge, the state attorney, my probation officer and me each and every step of the way.
