Our wills

My wife and I found both Dana and her staff to be professsional,caring and accomadating. The experience was excellent. We also found their fees to be very fair.

As a non resident with property in Florida, my wife's estate was complex. I was extremely pleased with the professionalism with which she dealt with the issues, and the extra help she provided in consulting other experts as needed. I strongly recommend her.

Probate Estate

I would highly recommend Attorney Dana Langella Gerling. The professionalism, compassion, excellent service and attention to detail settling my sisters estate was outstanding. I was out of state and she and her Legal Assistant Rochelle made a difficult situation bearable with their patience and kindn...ess. They were always available to promptly assist me in any way needed. Thank you.

Getling Law Group Dana Laganella Gerling

Cannot stress sufficiently how pleased I have been with the Getling Law Group, Dana and her assistant Rochelle Parsons. My brother in law chose the firm online. Two deaths in the family within several months led to the first estate being rolled into the 2nd and we live 1000 miles from the deceased ...members. They made an emotionally and logistically very difficult situation involving two homes as doable for us as possible. They answered all emails, calls, etc. quickly and efficiently. All staff were always friendly and professional. I did go to the office for the initial visit and felt comfortable from the get-go. I would highly recommend them to anyone and wish that they were in my state.

Dana Laganella Gerling is the best attorney I have ever dealt with in my entire lifetime of 70 years. She is efficient, knowledgeable, easy to talk to-----she listens and addresses all your questions and concerns in understandable language. She does not rush you and gives you advice to protect you... that you may not have thought of yourself. Her office staff is more than pleasant and helpful in every instance---even down to the detailed written directions to their office so you will not have any problems locating them even though they are on a main road. I rate the practice and ten plus------very reasonable pricing is a bonus.
