Friendly and Efficient!!

Loved working with Dana Laganella Gerling as my husband and I prepared our very first will and living health care documents. Affordable Attorney Dana Laganella Gerling

I hired Affordable Attorney’s Dana Laganella to probate my Mother’s will due to a frustrating situation with Morgan Stanley. Dana’s paralegal, Rochelle, returned my inquiry call very promptly, got my specific information and relayed it to Dana. She then set up a phone consultation and subsequently s...cheduled a face-to-face meeting for me with Dana. Rochelle and Dana clearly explained the process and documentation necessary. They guided me throughout the process with excellent communication and follow through. I could not have chosen a more competent and empathetic attorney. wonderful advocate for your furry children

We were looking for an attorney who could help us set up a trust for our cats. It was a more hurried process than ideal, given our desire to have it in place before an overseas trip, and the fact that we had no idea what we were doing. We wanted to work with someone who would understand that our cat...s would be no more beloved, had they been human children. We found our way to Ms. Laganella by way of searches related to animal welfare, and she is wonderful-- just what we were looking for. She went through a great deal of trouble to have our assets secured before our trip, and followed up after our return to see if we had any lingering questions. She is informed, patient, and kind. The ironic thing is that she is also my in-laws' attorney. After we made an initial appt. with her, my mother-in-law called to suggest that we consider using her attorney, who was recommended by neighbors, and who my in-laws were happy with. Of course, it was Gerling Law Group. We had just made our way to them via a different search. If you want to protect your babies and need informed assistance from someone kind, you should contact this attorney.
