Ms. Gerling is very professional

It was a pleasure dealing with Ms. Gerling and her staff. Our questions were taken seriously and answered thoroughly when we had a joint revocable trust drawn up by her.

wonderful advocate for your furry children

We were looking for an attorney who could help us set up a trust for our cats. It was a more hurried process than ideal, given our desire to have it in place before an overseas trip, and the fact that we had no idea what we were doing. We wanted to work with someone who would understand that our cat...s would be no more beloved, had they been human children. We found our way to Ms. Laganella by way of searches related to animal welfare, and she is wonderful-- just what we were looking for. She went through a great deal of trouble to have our assets secured before our trip, and followed up after our return to see if we had any lingering questions. She is informed, patient, and kind. The ironic thing is that she is also my in-laws' attorney. After we made an initial appt. with her, my mother-in-law called to suggest that we consider using her attorney, who was recommended by neighbors, and who my in-laws were happy with. Of course, it was Gerling Law Group. We had just made our way to them via a different search. If you want to protect your babies and need informed assistance from someone kind, you should contact this attorney.

Updated wills

Dana was thorough and professional but wasted no time. The process of updating our wills, trust, et al was well managed.

Excellent job, efficiently done

My wife and I were scheduled to go on an overseas trip and we wanted to have our wills and trusts updated. The originals were about 20 years old and were drafted in another state. Our trip was scheduled a number weeks after our first meeting where we spelled out how we wanted our documents to work. D...ana sent us the documents, we had a chance to review them in her office and had them signed and notarized in time for us to go overseas with with peace of mind that our beneficiaries were protected no matter what might happen.

Trust preparation

We had a trust prepared by Dana and we are very happy with the service provided. The office employees and Dana were extremely professional and answered all of our questions. I definitely recommend them.
