Probate Estate

I would highly recommend Attorney Dana Langella Gerling. The professionalism, compassion, excellent service and attention to detail settling my sisters estate was outstanding. I was out of state and she and her Legal Assistant Rochelle made a difficult situation bearable with their patience and kindn...ess. They were always available to promptly assist me in any way needed. Thank you.

Getling Law Group Dana Laganella Gerling

Cannot stress sufficiently how pleased I have been with the Getling Law Group, Dana and her assistant Rochelle Parsons. My brother in law chose the firm online. Two deaths in the family within several months led to the first estate being rolled into the 2nd and we live 1000 miles from the deceased ...members. They made an emotionally and logistically very difficult situation involving two homes as doable for us as possible. They answered all emails, calls, etc. quickly and efficiently. All staff were always friendly and professional. I did go to the office for the initial visit and felt comfortable from the get-go. I would highly recommend them to anyone and wish that they were in my state.

Thank goodness for Dana

Dana worked with my father to create his will. She was kind and smart and completed all the work quickly. I live in another state. My father recently passed and Dana is guiding me through this confusing process. She returns all phone calls and emails promptly. She patiently explains every step to me,... often more than once when I get overwhelmed. She goes the extra mile to help.

Awesome experience!

Dealing with a Florida estate, from another state, I thought it would be a painful process. Then we met Dana Gerling. Talked to two others before meeting her,was instantly sold. Great communicator, prompt answers, efficient, made the whole process simple for a first time estate representative. Highly... recommend her and her staff. She also referred us to an outstanding real estate agent. Couldn't have been happier! Outstanding service!

Wish I had found her first!

After a negative experience with another probate attorney I was lucky enough to find Dana's firm. They have restored my faith and exceeded my expectations!
