About me

Phares  is a graduate of the University of Florida School of Law and Mississippi State University, where he received a BS degree in Chemical Engineering.  Mr. Heindl has been certified by the Florida Bar as a specialist in Civil Trial law since 1992 and has over twenty five years of experience conducting civil trials and appeals, having won many difficult cases at both the trial and the appellate levels.  Mr. Heindl was elected to Tau Beta Pi, The Engineering Honor Society while at Mississippi State University and after graduation was for several years a chemical engineer with a major chemical company.  Mr. Heindl is also a registered patent attorney and one of a few Board Certified Civil Trial Lawyers who is also registered as a patent attorney by the United States Patent and Trademark Office..   In numerous trials, Mr. Heindl has demonstrated a dramatic flair and a unique understanding of the thematic and theatrical aspects of jury persuasion.  Indeed, apart from the practice of trial law, Mr. Heindl has appeared in a number community theater stage productions.

When he is not preparing for trial he likes to be outdoors with his sea kayak.  He stays in shape, ready by  kayak racing and has participated in 20 mile kayak races that include former olympic gold medalist.
