After my case was closed and settled I began to get letters and medical bills from facilities and physicians that SHOULD HAVE BEEN paid prior to the closing settlement. I contacted Kayla multiple times and nothing was ever done to assist me in this matter. I attempted to contact Mr. Beckman via ph...one and was never allowed to speak with him. I continued to attempt to contact this firm, but since I live halfway across the country I am unable to show up in person and get any help. I have had nothing but empty promises and dismissive attitudes from staff. When nobody ever got back to me regarding my NUMEROUS ATTEMPTS by email and phone I continued to call and eventually was just 'disconnected". I would not recommend this law firm to anyone under any circumstance.
