Michael is an outstanding attorney. He was honest and direct with me and worked deligently on my behave to dispel the prosecutions attempt to get stuff to stick. Did an awesome job crossing the prosecutions witnesses (two Hendry county sheriffs) pointing out inaccuracies in testimony’s vs police rep...ort and bodycam footage. We had no witnesses on our behave and I did not testify. Also i was a double refusal. He made it a point for the jury to understand it was the prosecutions job to bring the facts forward and there clearly wasn’t enough.

I was in quite a pickle but Michael fought for me and he fought harder than he really needed to and even when he came up with a settlement I told him I would like to do better and he went toe-to-toe with me and I am thrilled at the outcome he will tell you what you need to know not what you want to h...ear and I think that's one of the best qualities about him he may be a little Brash at times but then again he's a fighter and that comes with the territory
