I retained Mr Sims to represent me in a divorce case prior to him joining HFS&H. He was a fantastic attorney and very aggressive and we were moving forward very quickly. During the transition to HFS&H he was very difficult to get a hold of and everything came to a standstill with my case. There we...re many bumps for us to overcome after that including him being very unapproachable and not paying attention to what was going on. After a year and mounting fees for getting nothing done I fired him. It was made very clear by his paralegal that the clients he brought with him were not his priority and he was "working toward partner" and that took up his time.
