Mr. Simmons helped me with my child custody case. He kept me informed and up to date with everything. He is very knowledgeable, and I would recommend him to anyone. The only downside to Mr. Simmons is that he is not an aggressive attorney. He is more of a mediator, and he does try to get clients to s...ettle. In my opinion, his non-aggressive approach can be good and bad. It all depends on your individual case. What i enjoyed most about Simmons Law Firm, is that Mr. Simmons is the only attorney in that office. So when you have questions, you are only speaking to him, not abunch of partner attorneys. For a one man law firm, he does very well with responding to lhone calls, emails etc.
