When I was faced with unsupported charges and sentenced to a mandatory minimum of 3 years in prison, I hired Ms. Henne to appeal for me. Ms. Henne was very thorough in her appeal, citing all prior precedents supporting the injustice of the charges. Her appeal was based on numerous faults with the crime charged and with the original trial process. Her oral arguments were heard with great interest by the appeals court judges, who were in agreement with multiple points of law which she raised. As a result of her very dedicated service, I won my appeal, as the conviction was overturned. I was blessed by being referred to Ms. Henne, and will be forever grateful.

Jean helped guide us through a very long process. Although we didn't win she was incredible. She was very upfront and told us ahead of time before she took our case that we had a very slim chance. I would recommend her to all my friends.

Clients sometimes are unaware how specialized lawyers are today -- I strongly advocate for using lawyers who narrowly focus their practices - who wants the 'wal-mart' of lawyers? Not one intelligent client. Rather, if you have an appellate matter, you want to go to a lawyer who dedicates all her time to that field -- that is when Jean's years of experience in research and appellate matters really pays dividends! I endorse her 110%.
