About me

In 1997, Gregg opened his own practice at the age of 28, after receiving his finance degree from the University of Florida, and his Juris Doctor from the Florida State University.

That practice is now thriving from referrals from previous clients and other attorneys, lawyers, and law firms, as well as various professional associations.

Those who knew Gregg from an early age realized he had what it takes for a successful legal practice. By combining his naturally aggressive personality and entrepreneurial spirit, Gregg S. Kamp has built a practice with a concentration in Personal Injury, Family Law and Criminal Law. In addition he also handles cases in the areas of Bankruptcy, Business and Real Estate.

He has been practicing since 1995 and is currently admitted to practice in Florida and the United States Middle District of Florida. Also, he is a member of the Lakeland Bar Association and the American Bar Association.

Professional misconduct

This lawyer was disciplined by a state licensing authority.

  1. Suspension with Conditions
    issued in FL, 2006

This means an attorney lost his or her license to practice law for a period of time. The attorney typically returns to practicing law when the suspension expires.

Gregg’s comment: “Citation was unrelated to the practice of law and all conditions have been satisfied - Avvo notes that as Mr. Kamp continues to have a clean disciplinary record, this sanction will weigh less against his Avvo Rating as time passes. Avvo refuses to advise what that time period is or explain how the rating is calculated. Avvo has advised that the amount to which Mr. Kamp's suspension is affecting his Avvo Rating is weighted heavily now since he only received the suspension in 2006 - 5 years ago”
