November of last year I went to visit Mr Fulmer regarding a civil case and a free consultation. He took a retainer of $750 to represent me. I called a few days later and told them that I was going to get a restraining order instead and would not be pursuing anything further. I have been trying to get... the refund I was promised since I was not going to file a suit against the person. I have called 3 times since December inquiring about my refund. Today I was told that Mr Fulmer retired and they are not responsible for any money paid to him. I am filing a fee dispute regarding the matter but from my experience I would recommend completely staying away from Fulmer Law. What a waste of time and hard earned money.

Mr Fulmer from the begining could not keep the details of our case straight. He showed up 2 hours late for our one and only court hearing. He also was not dressed for court. He was wearing a golf shirt and khakies, which the judge did not appreciate. He didn't provide a service for which he charges s...o much.
