Did a superb job on my complicated medical issue case involving an eye injury from a car crash.

Joe Saunders represented me as a litigant in the Stryker Rejuvenate Hip Implant MDL. He and his staff were well versed on the case and the potential outcomes and paths we would follow depending on Stryker's actions, responsive to my questions, friendly, easy to talk to, easy to work with. Joe's staff was supportive on the administrative aspects. In this case, Stryker elected to settle and offered a favorable settlement package which I accepted, so it did not involve going to trial. But I had the peace of mind that all aspects of the case and deadlines for submitting documentation would be handled seamlessly in my behalf. If I have a future need for representation of this type, I would definitely ask Joe and team to represent me.

Great to work with. Fully explained the mechanics of a MDL liability matter and expected timelines, etc.
All resolved pretty much as explained--process, timing, settlement.

I have known Joe as an advocate for survivors of sexual abuse for many years. He has managed to combine great compassion for his clients with an aggressive, often trailblazing litigation style focused on total accountability for wrongdoers who protect those who hurt children.
