I have used Michael Cahill for almost 10 years as a CPA. Michael has also assisted me with real estate issues and recently helped me create a personal trust, and update end of life documents. He is always helpful, polite and thorough, with a friendly, approachable style, and gets back to you quickly.... I have been very pleased with my interactions with Michael and feel his fees are fair. Michael set up two trusts for me (one out-of-state), and also helped me with issues I ran into while settling my parents' estate and with tax questions. (He's a CPA as well as an attorney---a most helpful combination!) When we needed input from my sister who lives out-of-state, he brought her in on... a conference call. Many issues that seemed BIG to me became manageable in his competent hands. In addition to his competence, what I appreciate about Michael most of all that he's a man of integrity. (I'm a Christian so this is important to me.) He's also humble, friendly, and enjoyable to work with. And he's accessible---if I send a question by email I get a prompt response. I would recommend Michael to anyone needing help with estate planning.

Mr. Cahill was both professional and personable during the discussions of my estate. There were several consultations and he advised me in all aspects of the four documents that were prepared. We discussed each and every one in full detail. I am very pleased with the execution of the documents and... with the knowledge that my family will be well taken care of. We redid our trust when we moved to Florida. I looked for an attorney with Estate Planning background.
