I worked with Mr. Sullivan years ago. I had a simple felony case that I was pretty much guaranteed to get PTI from since it was my first offense. Sullivan was not reassuring and I am writing this review because I was going over old emails and was shocked at how rude he was. In one email that my pare...nts sent pleading for him to help me get off PTI after a year and a half (it was only suppose to be 6 months) he had the audacity to email back I AM helping (in all caps.) This was my first experience with a lawyer so I didn’t even fully grasp how incompetent Sullivan was until later but even after nearly two years on PTI, I was only able to get off because I insisted on going to court and the judge made the prosecution provide the paperwork they kept “losing.” Sullivan did nothing to remedy this or help move my case along. Simply chastised a terrified 19 year old girl and her parents that paid many thousands of dollars for your “work.” You either get to be rude or incompetent, not both.

Tim has been an amazing attorney throughout my entire process, which was dragged out because of who I hired before him. Tim was always honest and clear, communicated with me throughout it all. He got me bail and out of jail when I wasn’t suppose to get bail or ROR. He got a volition dropped that is r...idiculously hard to do. He’s worth every penny and then some. I wish I had hired/ found him first and he would of made it a lot better from day one.

I was initially charged with a felony DUI, but Mr. Sullivan and team were successful in convincing the State to amend the charge to Reckless driving, allowing me to avoid mandatory jail and a 10 year license revocation. Their hard work and effort allowed me continue my life as uninterrupted as possib...le. Mr. Sullivan told me to just continue with my life while all of this was going on. He saved me from losing my career, my home, my future and my sanity. I highly recommend him to anyone and is well worth his reasonable fee.

I was faced with one of the most difficult choice's in my life. Who do I hire for my DUI. I interviewed 8 attorneys. All 8 talked about the ramifications of a DUI, potential plea deals, possible outcome's ect. However, one and only one took the time to listen to every single detail of my case. There is honestly nothing I can say that would do justice for the work Tim has done for me over the past year. I came to Tim immediately after being charged with a DUI.
