Being a seasonal resident this was done while I was 1,315 miles away only had to go to court once for final judgement. Tim Sullivan is, by far, the best DUI attorney out there! I had a prior DUI with refusal of breathalyzer in 2007. Got pulled over again in August 2019 and refused breath test again which is an automatic loss of drivers license for 1.5 years, which I did not know at the time.
