Tim did a great job in representing our son. We were always able to stay in contact with him via phone or email. My case was a second DUI, I was obviously very nervous and had a ton of questions. Tim always responded the same day, usually within less than an hour to all my emails and phone calls (and there were plenty). The investigation they did with the breathalyzer was very thorough and he explained ever...ything to me. The State was wanting jail time for me and Tim made sure that did not happen.
