Mr. Sullivan helped my daughter with a traffic and probation situation that happened in FL while she was living there a few years ago. Tim Sullivan saved me from having a DUI on my record in a case where I had blown well over the legal limit. On the morning of my trial, the state attorneys offered to reduce my DUI charge to Wreckless Driving after witnessing Mr. Sullivan question the Intoxilyzer inspector in front of the judge in or...der to determine whether or not his testimony would be included in my trial. Before Mr. Sullivan can finish his line of questioning, the judge dismissed the inspector and told the state he's allowing all of the testimony.
