Mark handled my while I was in college at the University of Central Florida. I had been envolved in an auto accident where I rear ended a car in front of me that had slammed on their breaks. The car that I hit did not press charges but 3 years after the accident, the car in front of them acquired a l...awyer with an intent to sue me for the cost of their medical bills. I could not beleive that the injured party would try to sue me 3 years later and furthermore was shocked that they would have any grounds to sue me considering they were not even in the car that recieved the brunt of the impact.
