Mr. Pearlman acknowledged this and although he had almost no substantial, helpful or tangible details in my favor to work with, he miraculously managed to have the charges reduced to Careless driving and for refusing the breathalyzer which usually incurs a penalty of at least one year without a license, Mr. Pearlman persuaded the the State to drop the refusal charge entirely!
